Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Eternal Building and Roofing Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “the Contractor”).

Quotes & Acceptance

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. By accepting a quote, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

For Major Projects (e.g. new roofs, re-roofs, tile-to-tin conversions):

A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. This covers materials and edge protection.
A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required prior to commencement of work unless agreed otherwise.
The remaining balance is to be paid within 3 business days of job completion.

For General Services (e.g. leak detection, re-screws, maintenance, skylights):

Invoices unpaid more than 7 days past the due date may incur late payment penalties.
We reserve the right to charge interest or administration fees for overdue accounts.

For major projects, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date for major works.

All work is carried out to Australian Standards using qualified, licensed professionals.
Delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen site conditions; we will notify clients of any changes promptly.

Workmanship warranties apply in accordance with QBCC regulations and Australian Consumer Law.
