Even small roof leaks can cause major damage over time, so acting early is the best way to protect your home, avoid expensive repairs, and keep your roof strong for years to come.

We take care of everything, from inspecting the source of the leak to carrying out all necessary repairs with quality materials and workmanship that meets Australian Standards.
Common Types of Roof Damage We Repair
Roof Bedding
The bedding is the mortar that holds ridge caps in place on tiled roofs. Over time, it can crack or deteriorate, allowing water in. We repair and re-bed where needed to restore your roof’s structure and stop leaks.
Roof Pointing
Pointing is the flexible seal that goes over the bedding. If it starts to lift, crack or separate, water can easily get through. We replace damaged pointing with a flexible, durable compound to ensure a tight seal.
Roof Leak
Leaks can come from anywhere, cracked tiles, loose sheets, rusted valleys, or old flashing. We thoroughly inspect your roof, find the exact cause, and make the necessary repairs to stop the leak at its source.
Broken Dektite
The dektite around plumbing vents can perish and crack, letting water in around the pipe. We replace damaged dektite to keep everything sealed and watertight.
Damaged or deteriorated flashing
Flashing is designed to direct water away from roof joins and walls. If it’s rusted, lifted or poorly installed, water can sneak in. We replace old flashing with new, properly fitted pieces to protect your home.

Are Roof Repairs Covered by Insurance?
In many cases, yes. If your roof has been damaged by a storm, hail, or another insurable event, your home insurance policy may cover the repair costs.
We can assist by preparing a detailed roof report for your insurance provider and guiding you through the claim process. We’re happy to help make things easier for you during a stressful time.
